Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms and Conditions for RA Migration: 1. Payment for consultation sessions must be made in full at the time of booking through our website checkout. 2. Refunds will be issued within 10-15 days of receipt of a cancellation notice sent via email to info@ramigration.ca. To qualify for a refund, the cancellation notice must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 3. If a client who has booked a consultation subsequently hires RA Migration to represent them or to provide any other services, the amount paid for the consultation will be credited towards the professional fees for those services. 4. By making a payment, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that payment is non-refundable, unless the refund policy outlined above applies. 5. RA Migration reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
