A 40-minute online consultation with RA Migration costs $99 CAD plus applicable tax. Application review and full representation are quoted separately for your case. Your written service agreement sets out the professional fee and scope before you retain us for that work.
What Does the $99 Consultation Cover?
The consultation is a 40-minute Zoom appointment to discuss your immigration situation, questions and possible next steps with a licensed RCIC. It is paid in full at booking. The consultation price does not include preparing, submitting or managing an immigration application.
For application help, we first identify the type of service and work involved, then provide a fixed professional fee in writing. You decide whether to proceed with that separate engagement.

Consultation price and booking terms
- $99 CAD plus applicable tax for 40 minutes online through Zoom.
- Appointment times are in Eastern Time (Toronto).
- A full refund is available for cancellations received at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
- The $99 fee is credited to your service invoice if you sign a retainer agreement within 90 days of the consultation.

A consultant's quote is one part of the cost. Separate professional fees, government fees and third-party expenses when comparing quotes. The amounts that apply depend on your application.
1. Professional fees
What you pay RA Migration for the advice, review or representation described in your service agreement. Confirm which application stages, family members and follow-up work the quoted fee includes, along with applicable tax.
2. Government fees
Amounts charged by IRCC or a provincial authority for the application, such as processing or biometrics fees where required. These are separate from our professional fee. Check the official IRCC fee list and any provincial program fees before paying.
3. Third-party expenses
Your case may also require translations, medical examinations, police certificates, language tests, educational credential assessments or insurance. These costs depend on what your application requires and are separate from RA Migration's professional fees.

Family members included

Document complexity
Missing records, foreign documents needing translation, or complicated histories take more time to handle properly.
Prior refusals or issues
A previous refusal, a misrepresentation concern or an admissibility issue usually requires extra care and analysis.
How urgently you file

Which Immigration Service Do You Need a Quote For?
Start with the service that matches your situation. The application type and your history help us define the work involved; a consultation does not commit you to full representation.

Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the consultation qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If you sign a retainer agreement within 90 days after the consultation, the $99 consultation fee is credited to your service invoice.
